Policies
Cancellation Policy:
To ensure the smooth handling of your reservation, we kindly request that any cancellations be made no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, via a confirmation email. In the event of no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, you will be subject to a fee equivalent to the deposit, which will be charged to your credit card.

Late Arrival Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the deposit will become non-refundable, and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Studio Fee:
Beyond the duration of your session, any additional time will incur a studio fee of £10 per hour.
We can only retain items for a period of up to two months.

- Purpose
Stefanie's Art Studio is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all participants and employees. This safety policy outlines our commitment to preventing accidents, injuries, and promoting the overall well-being of everyone associated with our studio.
- Responsibilities
Management: The management team is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining safety procedures. They will ensure that necessary resources are provided to maintain a safe environment.
Instructors and Staff: All instructors and staff members are responsible for adhering to safety guidelines, identifying potential hazards, and promptly reporting any safety concerns to management.
Participants: Participants are expected to follow safety instructions provided by instructors or staff members.
Parents/Guardians: Parents/Guardians are responsible for their own child/children, read and sign the waiver form, and remain with their child/children AT ALL TIMES while in Stefanie’s Art Studio.
- Studio Environment
Emergency Exits: Marked emergency exits will always be maintained and accessible. Emergency evacuation procedures will be visible on the inner door of unit 4.
First Aid: A well-stocked first aid kit will be available on-site. Instructors and staff members will be trained in basic first-aid procedures.
- Equipment and Material
Safety Checks: All equipment and materials will undergo regular safety checks. Damaged or faulty items will be promptly repaired or replaced.
Safety Guidelines: Instructors or staff members will provide clear safety guidelines for the use of tools and equipment. Participants are expected to always follow these guidelines.
Protective Gear: Appropriate protective gear will be provided, and its use will be enforced during activities that require additional safety measures.
- Hygiene and Cleanliness
Cleanliness: The studio will be regularly cleaned to maintain a tidy and safe environment. Spills and debris will be cleaned promptly to prevent slips and falls.
- Communication and Training
Safety Training: Instructors and staff members will undergo regular safety training sessions. New participants will receive a safety orientation before engaging in any activities.
Communication Channels: An open line of communication will be maintained between management, instructors, staff, and participants for reporting safety concerns or suggesting improvements.
- Review and Improvement
This safety policy will be reviewed annually or as needed. Any incidents, near misses, or changes in studio operations will be thoroughly investigated, and the safety policy will be updated accordingly.
- Compliance with Regulations
Stefanie's Art Studio will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, seeking continuous improvement to ensure the highest safety standards. Stefanie’s Art Studio will store an up-to-date Health and Safety Policy.
